    ​Day 01 Hanoi

     

    Upon arrival at Noi Bai international airport, meet up our guide then transfer to hotel for check in before having dinner at local restaurant.

    Day 02 Hanoi Full Day Tour (B/L/D)

     

    In the morning, start your half day city. Your first stop will be the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where the father of modern-day Vietnam declared the nation's independence in 1945. Discover the reverence with which the Vietnamese treat their "Uncle Ho" at this pilgrimage site. Continue your tour at sites such as the Stilt House, Presidential Palace, and One Pillar Pagoda. Then drive to the Temple of Literature, built in honor of Confucius by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong in 1070,which is also used to be the first university of Vietnam in the 11th century.

    Day 03 Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi (B/L/D)

     

    Morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Halong Bay. We arrive at Bai Chay wharf, welcome by crew team and we start enjoying 4 hour boat trip. A delicious seafood lunch will be served you relax on the boat. Experience the luxury of having seafood and seeing the wonderful sightseeing outside. After 1 hour stay in the "Heaven Palace", we are back to the boat for cruising along the World Nature Heritage part to see the Incense Bowl islet, Cock fighting islets Sail islet, Turtle island�. At 16:00 PM, we finish our boat trip and back to our vehicle for transferring to Hanoi with stopovers at Ceramic and Hand Embroidery Workshop en route. Dinner will be served in an Indian Restaurant.Overnight stay will be in Hanoi.

    Day 04 Hanoi - Siem Reap (B/-/D)

     

    Morning breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will pick you up from the hotel, enjoy a 2 hour drive along green fields and villages in the two side of the high way number 01. Visit Hoa Lu, which was used to be the ancient capital of Vietnam. Later on, visit the temple of Dinh & Le dynasty, After lunch, your first stop is Hoa Lu, used to be the capital of Vietnam in the 11st centuries, visit the temple of Dinh & Le dynasty, learn about history of Vietnam in the war with China and about the first Vietnamese government. Have a great view of rice paddy field, and lots of fresh air. After lunch, get on a small boat, glide along a long canal with rice paddy fields and mountains two sides, your boat will go through three cave called "Hang Ca", "Hang 2", "Hang 3". You boat drive you back to the wharf then get on bus back to Hanoi.Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Hanoi.

    Day 05 Siem Reap Departure

     

    Morning breakfast at the hotel, Rest of the day is free at leisure till you are transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

 

Refund Policy

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Bank Accout.

 

If we change or cancel your holiday and Nature Call:

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.

  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • Bhavesh Holidays will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to any natural disaster.
  • There can be exceptional circumstances where Bhavesh Holidays and / or the Service Providers  may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of Bhavesh Holidays. If Bhavesh Holidays has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund then booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service. Bhavesh Holidays Will not responsible for any Nature Call Like, Car Accident, Landslide, Heavy Snow Fall,  Cab skating, Traffic Jam.    

 

If you want to change your holiday plan :

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
