    Day 1st Arrival in Leh

     

    After you reach Leh through the Kushok Bakula Airport, you will be starting with your tour to Leh. The Swan Tours representative will assist you on a guided transfer to the hotel. Upon arrival, check-in after all the formalities get over, post which you will enjoy the amazing climate and also the visit to the Shanti Stupa and the Chowkhanf Monastery along with some shopping endeavors at the local markets. Get back to the hotel and stay overnight after having dinner.

    Day 2nd Excursion to the Indus Valley

     

    Wake up to the morning breakfast and get ready to enjoy the whole day by visiting monasteries that are the spiritual ensemble followed by the sceneries and some most-sought tourist places in Ladakh. Start with the historic Shey Royal Palace, Thiksey Monastery that has a 100 ft. statue of Maitreya Buddha, and the Hemis Monastery that is known to be the largest monastery in Ladakh. Wind up the day by returning to the hotel and stay overnight after having dinner.

    Day 3rd Leh to Alchi Monastery

     

    Enjoy the early morning breakfast and start for a departure from Leh to reach out to Alchi on a guided road drive. The post arriving at Alchi, you will head to the Magnetic Hill, Sangam Point, Nimu village and the old Basgo Castle. Check-in the hotel and relax there after having a hearty meal. Later, go out for an exploration of the Alchi Monastery where you will come across the 11th-century wall paintings with an overnight stay post returning to the hotel.

    Day 4th Alchi to Stok from Lamayuru

     

    Wake up to the early morning breakfast and set out on a guided tour to the most famous Lamayuru Monastery that is 60 km away from the Alchi Village post which you will continue to drive to the Stok Village in Ladakh. Check-in the hotel and take rest after having lunch. Following this, you will go out to the Royal Stok Museum for exploration and return back by enjoying some butter tea. Stay overnight after dinner!

    Day 5th Stok to Pangong Tso

     

    Start the day with the morning breakfast and proceed to the famous Pangong lake that is popularly known to be the highest lakes in the world. You will love to spend quality time with your dear ones on a full-day tour at the Pangong Tso. After this, you will proceed to the Chang La Pass that is situated at a height of 17,500 ft. and further, explore the Changthang Valley where you will get acquainted with the Durbuk and Tangste communities. Admire the scenic beauty and wind up the day by driving back to the hotel at Stok and stay overnight!

    Day 6th Stok to Nubra Valley

     

    Have breakfast in the morning and get driven off to the Nubra Valley that is located 142 km away from Stok village, via Khardung La Pass. Upon your arrival at the Nubra Valley, you will proceed to the Hunder Village followed by the Diskit Monastery. After spending the wonderful day, return to the camp where you will spend the adventurous night in peace.

    Day 7th Nubra Valley to Leh

     

    Get up to the early morning breakfast at the campsite and pack your bags to leave for the last destination, Leh. You will set out on a guided transfer from Nubra Valley post which you reach Leh and check-in the pre-booked hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure followed by your visit to the local markets and shop for souvenirs. Stay overnight after eating dinner!

    Day 8th Departure from Leh

     

    Eat breakfast on the last day at Leh and start with your departure from Leh vacation and head to hometown. Once you are dropped at the Leh Airport, your Leh Ladakh holiday package from Kolkata for 7 days and 6 nights comes to an end.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

 

Refund Policy

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Bank Accout.

 

If we change or cancel your holiday and Nature Call:

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.

  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • Bhavesh Holidays will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to any natural disaster.
  • There can be exceptional circumstances where Bhavesh Holidays and / or the Service Providers  may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of Bhavesh Holidays. If Bhavesh Holidays has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund then booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service. Bhavesh Holidays Will not responsible for any Nature Call Like, Car Accident, Landslide, Heavy Snow Fall,  Cab skating, Traffic Jam.    

 

If you want to change your holiday plan :

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
