    Day 1st Arrive in Delhi | Drive to Shimla

     

    On arrival at the Delhi Airport or Railway Station, board the vehicle booked for you and proceed towards Shimla. The bewitching beauty of this hill station and its romantic weather make it a sought-after holiday destination. Undulating mountain terrains and lush greenery justify the title Queen of the Hills. This scenic town served as the summer capital of the British before Indian independence. After independence, Shimla became the capital of Punjab and was later designated the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival in Shimla, check in at the hotel and rest. You may enjoy a leisurely walk through the winding streets or simply relax in your room. The fresh mountain air is rejuvenating and helps relieve stress. Enjoy a good night’s sleep at the hotel as your Kufri excursion awaits the next day.

    Day 2nd Kufri Sightseeing | Shimla Local

     

    After breakfast, drive to Kufri for sightseeing. Enroute, enjoy views of Snow Point, Chini Bungalow, and Green Valley. Visit Hip Hip Hurray Adventure Park (activities on direct payment basis), Jakhoo Temple (a famous Lord Hanuman temple atop Jakhoo Hill), Baba Balak Nath Mandir, and Christ Church. In the evening, explore Mall Road in Shimla. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 3rd Shimla to Manali | Via Kullu

     

    After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Manali. Enjoy enroute sightseeing including Kullu Shopping Point, Kullu Rafting Point, Pandoh Dam, and Sunder Nagar Lake. On arrival in Manali, check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Manali.

    Day 4th Solang Valley or Manali Local Sightseeing

     

    After breakfast, head to Solang Valley and enjoy adventure activities. Then visit Shivling Mahadev, Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Temple, and Vashisht Kund (famous for its natural hot sulphur spring). Later, explore Van Vihar, Manu Temple, Club House, and the Tibetan Monastery. In the evening, enjoy leisure time at Mall Road. Overnight stay in the hotel.

    Day 6th Dharamshala Local Sightseeing | Drive to Dalhousie

     

    After breakfast, check out and proceed for local sightseeing: Mcleodganj, Dalai Lama Temple (upper Dharamshala), St. John's Church (built in 1852), Tibetan Monastery, Dal Lake (set amidst lush greenery), and Bhagsu Nag Waterfall and Temple (dedicated to the Snake God). After sightseeing, drive to Dalhousie. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and rest. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

    Day 7th Dalhousie & Khajjiar Local Sightseeing

     

    After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing in Dalhousie and Khajjiar: St. John's Church and St. Francis Church, Panchpula, Subhash Baoli, Bara Pathar, Subhash Chowk, Gandhi Chowk, Thandi Sadak, Garam Sadak, Old Church, Sathdhara, and Khajjiar along with the National Wildlife Sanctuary. Overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 9th Departure to Delhi

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 30% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

 

Refund Policy

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Bank Accout.

 

If we change or cancel your holiday and Nature Call:

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.

  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather): We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
  • Bhavesh Holidays will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to any natural disaster.
  • There can be exceptional circumstances where Bhavesh Holidays and / or the Service Providers  may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of Bhavesh Holidays. If Bhavesh Holidays has advance knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund then booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service. Bhavesh Holidays Will not responsible for any Nature Call Like, Car Accident, Landslide, Heavy Snow Fall,  Cab skating, Traffic Jam.    

 

If you want to change your holiday plan :

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
